Managing Your Parenting Triggers with IFS Parts Work

Welcome to the Cycle-Breaking Mom world.  I'm really glad you're here.  I put this video together so you can have easy access to one of my favorite, most simple exercises for finding some calm in the chaos of parenting.  This exercise will help you start getting clarity around your parenting triggers, and with some practice, will be a great foundation for building a stronger sense of inner security (which is something we need if we want to be available for our kids).  

 

You can use this recording as many times as you'd like.  You can do this daily, weekly, or just whenever you feel like you could use some insight about yourself and why you're doing the things you're doing.  

 

If you're ready for it, you can add this to your daily journaling or intention-setting routine.  This exercise is flexible because it allows you to work with an infinite number of triggers that might show up within you and in your daily interactions with your kids.
